  • Training our minds not to see other people (or ourselves) as this or that race
    • On a fundamental level we’re all basically the same, wanting happiness, not wanting suffering
  • Becoming unaware of ourselves (how we perceive we are “different”)
  • Looking at how people grow stronger in oppression or adversity
    • Transforming a situation to create clarity of mind and inner strength
  • Using non-violent communication, identifying our feelings and needs and voicing them without accusation
