For Young People

Teachings from the annual Young Adults Explore Buddhism program and talks especially for youths.

Young Adults Explore Buddhism

Each year, Venerable Thubten Chodron leads the Young Adults Explore Buddhism program at Sravasti Abbey for youths aged 18 to 29. She tailors the teachings to the needs of those in the group, sharing how Buddhist ideas can support their journey to lead a meaningful life.

You’ll also find Venerable Thubten Chodron’s talks for youths at colleges and other venues here.
