While in Singapore, Ven. Chodron was interviewed by Ven. Juewei from Nantien Institute for their MettāVerses podcast.

  • What does loving-kindness mean to you?
  • How do you think kindness can impact our community?
  • I see kindness where I didn’t previously see kindness
  • How do you encourage the community to cultivate kindness at Sravasti Abbey?
  • The close enemy and the far enemy of loving-kindness
  • What is your vision for a kinder future and how can we work towards it?
  • How can we take action today to promote kindness in our own lives?
