Hosted on Zoom by Mid-America Buddhist Association
We all wish to live with generous and open hearts. But how can we overcome greed, anger, and apathy when they get in our way? Join Venerable Thubten Chodron as she shares how to cultivate the four brahmaviharas or divine abodes of love, compassion, empathetic joy, and equanimity. Practiced in daily life, these mental states transform our minds and enable us to open our hearts to each and every being we meet.
