Join Venerable Thubten Chodron as she continues a series of talks on the Seven-Point Mind Training, a classic Buddhist text by 12th century Tibetan scholar Geshe Chekawa. A well-loved text studied in monasteries across Tibet, it offers practical tips on how to apply the Buddha's teachings to transform our problems into the path to liberation and buddhahood itself.
The purpose of these teachings is to strengthen and increase the mind of bodhicitta the vast mind of great compassion and love for all beings. Mind training is a journey, not a destination. It takes time and dedication, but it can be a powerful tool for living a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
