This lecture series was held at the Seattle Dharma Friendship Foundation between January 1995 through April 1996. It represents the most comprehensive teachings on the subject that Venerable Chodron has given. Based on the Lo Rig text, topics include the five omnipresent mental factors, the five object ascertaining mental factors and the eleven virtuous mental factors.
