The purpose of this event is to (1) help Dharma practitioners understand the connection between happiness and compassion and (2) provide funds to the Turkish earthquake zone, where in 2023 a 7.8-magnitude earthquake took place in Hatay and 10 other provinces in southern Turkey, killing more than 50,000 people.
