Join us as Venerable Chodron gives an online talk to the Jamyang London community about the book, exploring its main themes and the interpretations of foundational Buddhist concepts found among the rich variety of Buddhist traditions and cultures.

Your nutritious vegetarian potluck offering is welcomed, and registration is required.
Sharing the Dharma Day topics are drawn from the book, An Open-hearted Life: Transformative Methods for Compassionate Living, by Abbey founder and abbess Ven. Thubten Chodron and Eastern Washington University psychologist Dr. Russell Kolts.
People from all faiths and backgrounds can apply the principles explored on Sharing the Dharma Day to enhance their lives.
