About Buddhist Teachings
It is said that the Buddha gave more than 84,000 teachings on how to attain liberation and full awakening. We are fortunate to have qualified living teachers who can explain these teachings and show us how to put them into practice in modern life.
Here, you’ll find everything from an introduction to the Buddhist worldview to in-depth commentaries from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition on the stages of the path to awakening, thought training, and Buddhist philosophy. Explore commentaries pages here.
