Let’s explore what makes life meaningful.
Join Young Adults Explore Buddhism, for adults aged 18-29, with Ven. Thubten Chodron.
No meditation experience is necessary; just an open and curious mind/heart.
Course includes:
- Daily teachings and Dharma discussions with Ven. Thubten Chodron
- Daily meditations
- Discussions and service work alongside resident monks and nuns
- Outdoor work in the Abbey’s forest and gardens
- Recommended reading: Open Heart, Clear Mind by Ven. Thubten Chodron, a complete description of the Buddhist world view.
