Concentration: the ability to remain single-pointedly on a constructive object of meditation with a blissful and pliant mind for as long as one wishes.
That doesn’t sound like your meditation practice? Don’t worry! Believe it or not, concentration is a mental factor that you already have. It can be developed steadily over time, and we start where we are.
Join Venerable Thubten Chodron for instruction and practice on using a visualized image of the Buddha as your meditation object and to examine what gets in the way of meditative stabilization.
A dana offering and registration form are requested to reserve your place for the retreat.
Arrive by 3:00 on Friday. Retreat begins with a live-streamed Lamrim teaching that begins promptly at 5:55. Retreat ends after 2:00 the following Friday.
