Concentration is the ability to remain single-pointedly on a constructive object of meditation with a blissful and pliant mind for as long as one wishes. Concentration is a mental factor that can be developed steadily over time. Whatever tour level of concentration, we start where we are.
Join Ven. Thubten Chodron for instruction and practice on using a visualized image of the Buddha as your meditation object and to examine what gets in the way of stable concentration. Excellent retreat for beginners and long-term meditators.
