Venerable Thubten Chodron shares how the Buddha's teachings on karma can help us to understand our experiences and emotional patterns in order to transform them for the benefit of ourselves and others. She will draw from her book Good Karma: How to Create the Causes of Happiness and Avoid the Causes of Suffering, a commentary on the Tibetan Buddhist poem "The Wheel of Sharp Weapons."
