The third of three talks given in Russia on verses from the poem, "The Wheel of Sharp Weapons", by 10th century Indian sage Dharmarakshita. Because we exist on a continuum, we are experiencing the results of past actions and actively creating causes for the future. Our actions matter and we can strive to create virtue.
