A life overflowing with compassion sounds wonderful in theory, but how do you do it? Venerable Thubten Chodron discusses how her search to live a meaningful life for the benefit of others took her from California to Dharamsala, India, where she was ordained as one of the first Western Buddhist nuns. A student of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, she will draw on decades of spiritual practice and personal experience to offer techniques for cultivating compassion that can be integrated into daily life.
