“May all sentient beings have happiness and its causes.”
From the Buddha’s point of view, genuine love—a wish for the happiness of another—is powerful medicine. What’s the difference between the love that heals and the clinging attachments that harm us?
In this first of four retreats to explore the “four immeasurable thoughts,” Venerable Thubten Chodron will teach how to awaken positive emotions like loving kindness to overcome our dissatisfaction and heal old hurts, resentments, and loneliness.
A dana offering and registration form are requested to reserve your place for the retreat.
Arrive by 3:00 on Friday. Retreat begins with a live-streamed Lamrim teaching that begins promptly at 5:55. Retreat ends after 2:00 on Sunday.
