Coming out of retreat

Coming out of retreat

These short Bodhisattva’s Breakfast Corner talks were given during the Four Establishments of Mindfulness Winter Retreat in 2013. More extensive teachings on the establishments of mindfulness can be found here.

  • Take it slow, keep sense restraint upon return from retreat
  • Reconnect with friends and family with compassion and caring
  • Talking about retreat experiences best restricted to close dharma friends
  • Keep practice that has developed over the month
  • Remember the dharma community at the Abbey cares for you
